Nice hotel near train station. Good food places near by. A bit rigid with check out time. Don't look for a view of you as next to the bus stand.

Hotel Arcadia Varanasi - non veg menu. poor staff behaviour, poor view
Location - isolated and lonely, weird, terrible view at night with old broken buses. Staff - no welcome, asked to sign on blank register without guest details. Flexibility - turned down request to late checkout by one hour by reception staff whereas called me for check-in time and were happy to know that I will check- in late by 7 hours. Food- Non veg in menu at holy place of Baba Vishwanath. Only one lift and long waiting time of checkin etc.

Clean room but lacking basics
Despite a late check in (8 pm) the staff had not bothered to put simple things like All-out-meaning the room had lots of mosquitos. Go to take a shower and find there is no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. Try to call the front desk the room phone was out of battery.... What a comedy in retrospect- but not so funny when you are tired and need some basics to get done for the day. . The manager is non existent. Asked for them from 9 pm to 10.30 am the next day. No response. And the Hotel offered no apology or discount for all the above.

familyWe visited Varanasi as a part of our spiritual tour, after snaan at Sangam in Prayagraj. Hotel is well located, close to Kashi Vishwanath and Mahakal temple and of course the Holi Ganga ghats. Rooms are quite spacious and well furnished with all modern fittings and amenities. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. Always willing to offer assistance for any requirements of the guests. The restaurant too is well laid out with variety of veg n nonveg menu. Food quality was fantastic. Overall made our 2 days stay an ever memorable one. Keep it up
