Good Stay
The hotel was really good, i had a pleasant stay! The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The distance from famous locations like kashi temple and ghats was also nearby. I would prefer to stay here in my next visits too! Thankyou

stayed here for a couple of nights during a work trip. apart from it's location, there isn't anything great about this place. hotel is quite outdated and definitely needs to upgrade itself. specially the bathrooms. breakfast at restaurant was quite chaotic due to a large tour group. The hotel had not made any arrangements to manage the large crowd. room service food was downright terrible. ended up with a bad case of food poisoning. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star as it claims itself to be.

bedsheet and bed in very bad condition
Bedsheets and the clothes they were really in bad quality washing, it was worse than Oyo rooms. The hotel rooms were okay, but they were worse than oyo.

Terrible Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience across every aspect. Right from check-in, the service was unprofessional and inattentive. The room was not properly cleaned — basic hygiene standards were not maintained, and the amenities were far below expectations. The staff was unresponsive to repeated requests for assistance, and their attitude lacked the courtesy one would expect from a hospitality establishment. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the property was poor, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Given the experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay in Varanasi. There are far better options available that value customer satisfaction and uphold basic standards of service and cleanliness.

Poor Stay
We have booked two rooms in the hotel but AC was not working in any of the room, Do complaint multiple times to office staff but no solution given by the hotel staff.

Good Stay
Overall stay was good. Opportunities are there like repairing shower as it was not working properly, hand towels looked like used one, being a non smoking room but smell observed, improve morning breakfast with fresh fruits etc.

Pleasant stay
Its very clean and well maintained hotel with spacious rooms. Checkin check out was quick, staff was very helpful. Though price is at little higher side.Overall satisfactory stay nothing to complain.

Low on Hospitalit
The Hotel Staff was good but management staff were very poor. They made us change rooms 3-4 times before checking in to our room finally. Very terrible experience as compared to the prices they are charging
