Stay at HHI- Varansi was good one with good neat clean rooms and above average service. Food quality is above average. Property is strategically located but needs some renovation esp. at the bath area and fittings. Don't mind visiting again.

Wastage of money. Unnecessary expensive without any facilities. Unhygienic bathroom, small washroom, unresponsive staffs. Even for one bottle of water you have to call 5 times. Not able to provide daily utility kit like shaving, dental kit. It feels like you are living in a lodge. Receptionist girl has attitude like a prime minister. Reception members are expert in making excuses. Room has smell of water leakage.

not good really as per price it's very very poo
it was very old room they said they upgraded my room but really it was so so bad old room then they again given me my room which was also old no ac controls like fan they have switch for Ac jet spray was horrible leak all the time no slippers provided no dental kit when you ask then they will provide you very very expensive food taste bitter even smell

Rooms were bad. The photos on the website are different than actual rooms. Booked an executive room and alotted us a normal deluxe room. They changed the room after we asked for it but overall i would say I didn’t have good experience.

Location is good. It's a renowned but very old hotel. Rooms are old fashioned with old furniture. There is neither mirror nor AC control in the room. The bath towel is not clean. Food is ok. Room charges are exorbitant. So, staying here is not value for money. The overall experience was disappointing. One can get a much better hotel at this rate.
