Terrible Stay
The toilet and bathtub were nonfunctional. The room (107) is old and perhaps was a junk room. I changed to another room (214), which was no better. The room is one corner with a smaller space. The toilet door is so badly designed that entering the toilet is painful. They could not provide any better room.

Terrible Stay
The hotel is very bad when it comes to cleanliness hygiene and food. The cart used for collecting dirty linens was dusty and dirty totally black in colour. It also had tea and sugar sachets kept into it. Icing on the cake- I ordered roti and sabzi, and roti had a proper piece of plastic wrapper, I got food poisoning after eating their daal rice, it was overall a very bad experience Their salad smelled really bad. They hardly care about people who stay there. Please do not even consider getting into this hotel. The shower was bad, it was rusty. Breakfast was equally bad, sausages tasted like rubber. So overall it’s a terrible place to stay even for single night.

The rooms was avarage. I had a Double bed room booking and i have got 2 single bed room category. Bathroom tap was having leakage. Rooms were dirty. Overall my experience was average

Good and Peaceful Stay
Location not far from temple. All staff are cooperative and they always carry a gentle smile. Ram and Sakshi on front desk will be there to always greet you and help you and solve your problems with a supersonic speed. And yes if you are tired and come back to your rooms early. Don’t worry there will be musical evening in the lobby to keep your Varanasi Vibes Dancing.

very bad experience, most of the rooms are water licking & ship age problems. AC and TV s are not working condition. but food is good. BMT should take the matter/ issues seriously.

Stay at HHI- Varansi was good one with good neat clean rooms and above average service. Food quality is above average. Property is strategically located but needs some renovation esp. at the bath area and fittings. Don't mind visiting again.
