Very bad hotel and service no clean and old property

Checkin was very poor. Booked for a room with 1 king bed, but they provided two separate single beds. After expressing discontent they changed the room.

Reception manager behavior is good

This hotel is very bad . Charged additional money for adding breakfast but he did not provide breakfast. Restaurant is very dirty, can't trust on hygiene part. We had a business meeting at other hotel so stayed in this hotel and booked 5 room . Not recommended this hotel .

It was a horrible experience. The entire hotel was smelly and super lacked cleanliness. Be it the room the bathroom or the dining space. The support staff was unresponsive and they even forgot to start the pump for water supply. When challenged they appeared unphased and unapologetic. Food quality pathetic. The electric kettle was full of worms and so on and so on

Its average. Few things as food . Room quite small . Overall experience is average. Need to increase few things as suggested

my mother was unwell, requested the reception to allow her despite giving my ID they insisted her ID which was in her luggage...the way treated us despite telling that we are ex army and kargil vertren thay refused and were very disrespectful rooms were shabby,toilets were stinking and the lift is smelly,bed and pillows were dirty

Entire Hotel Stinks. The restaurant is in the basement. Material is dumped in the basement & covered with Curtains. So it sticks badly & No ventilation. Bathroom has transparent glass, So anyone can peep in, take bathing vedio, etc. Not safe for customers.

Average budget hotel ... Staff is ok but service is not good....takes too much time to deliver Even a water bottle... Rooms were good considering the price we paid

The housekeeping maintained the property well. Common areas were also tidy. Parking facility was an added advantage for those traveling with their own vehicle. Services: The staff was polite, helpful, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Any requests I had during my stay were handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which made the experience more comfortable. Overall Experience: It was a pleasant stay at Janki International. The condition of the room was not good. Even the washroom was not clean. no proper facility been provided by them

This room is very small and simple. Bathroom is very dirty. Food service to delay and morning breakfast is bad taste and one meanu is table no juce no othar dish
