It was the fantastic experience of staying in the New hotel broadway, as it was my first time stay in the hotel but everything was so good that I didn't feel that I stayed first time in the property .So with lots of best wishes to all the staff members .

The stay was good and service was prompt.

The condition of the room is quite poor and a bit dirty. The walls have water seepage marks. The bed is also a bit dirty. Food is good. The room is poorly lit. The location of the hotel is good. Good but the room was very small. The food price and taste is very good. Overall it’s a good budget property in a convininent location.

Rooms as well as beds are too small. after night stay neither room was cleaned nor even water bottles were provided... had to ask for everything. Breakfast was also average. Amenities like dental, kit, shaving kit, comb, bathroom sleepers were not provided and had to ask for everything.

It's good property for stay, near to all prime location , like all the famous temple , and easy to reach

Rooms vere cosy and breakfast was exellant. Overall every thing including staff is good indeed.

Good location but very untidy and dingy rooms. The linens were dirty and washroom was stinking.

Location is good, although getting to ghat and temple is a challenge since its 2 kms from there and there are other hotels, cheaper closer and better.

My experience with Hotel Broadway was pleasant. The staffs are cooperative and polite. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The staffs were always at my help whenever I asked for. The bathroom was hygiene. Overall I am quite satisfied with it

The cleaning & Hygiene standard of Hotel Broadway’s is very very poor. Worm found in one electric kettle and another room kettle was broken. Room & linen was not cleaned

Poorly maintained room ,dirty linens ,poor toileteries in the bathroom and plugs to charge mobiles were all loose .Had great difficulty charging mobiles

room condition is not at all good. 1. ac was not working in both rooms 2. ⁠rooms were smelling 3. ⁠fan not working 4. ⁠there is layer of dust on furniture, poor hygiene 5. ⁠poor hygiene of linen. this is hygiene condition in hotel. in clean room there is worm in kettle. very poor quality of hygiene, cleaning and room maintenance. phone is not working also
