Hotel Review: Misleading and Frustrating Experience
I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The first issue arose with the misleading location details . The listing claimed the hotel was just 5 km from the railway station, but in reality, it was a staggering 16 km away. This completely disrupted our time calculations and added significant inconvenience to our plans.
Upon arrival, things only got worse. At the reception, the staff member Nitesh was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He lacked basic courtesy and showed no interest in assisting guests. Despite the check-in time being 2 PM, we weren’t given our rooms until 2:30 PM, and Nitesh’s behavior during the delay was unacceptable.
The rooms themselves were in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and with non-functional locks, raising serious safety concerns. The hotel’s remote location made traveling within the city even more difficult and time-consuming. As for the food, it was average at best, offering no redeeming quality to an otherwise poor experience.
To make matters worse, the hotel’s Google reviews seem suspiciously. Many of them appeared to be paid reviews, and I noticed that one of the reviews was written by the same staff member, Nitesh. This dishonest practice further discredits the hotel.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously. The false location details, rude staff, poor room conditions, and questionable make this place one to avoid at all costs.
