very bad service room are not proper clean everything is Messy they doesn't provide clean towel etc.

Service was very very slow and poor. For luggage transport i ve to wait for 1 hr. 1st when i call the hotel for booking of mine they denied and not responding properly. Not worth it

Staff is polite. Food in terms of taste is good. Over all hygiene is poor. Hotel is more attentive to group tours. It's their focus. Restuarant is not set well for solo families. It's more like a group mess. Rooms are out dated in terms furniture and electric fitting. Management needs to more attentive.

It’s not hotel it can be lodge, water getter about to fall down. No mirror inside washroom bed sheet was not clean. Breakfast only para-ta with curd. Yea was served in paper cups they not even having knowledge of gst billing and recession call for the same several times

The room given was not proper and probably one of the bad rooms they had. Pillow covers were dirty. There was no way to lock the main door since kundi was broken. The washroom was not cleaned and cockroach was there. The shower didn't work and the buckets were dirty. The person on the main desk was rude and had no intentions of helping out

We were welcomed by cockroaches in the room. Front office staff is very untrustworthy! we’re part of a group but arrived a day early. For the second day tour company paid for the stay but we were repeatedly pestered about payment although the tour company confirmed payment. Very unfriendly place. We were given one towel, repeated requests to second towel ignores.

Sarweshwary is a below par hotel providing zero amenities and horrible service. I had a terrible experience staying at this property.

Hotel sarweshwary is a very horrible place to stay in varanasi. The hotel service is extremely poor and room quality is not at all hygienic. I frequently travel by road to multiple locations across india but i never experienced such a bad atmosphere in any of the properties as i experienced here in this hotel (hotel sarweshwary) in varanasi. This is a very worst hotel in terms of stay and service. Also, the hotel staff behavior is not professional and hotel does not maintain any hygiene policy. The complimentary breakfast quality is also very. I would inform everyone those who wants to come to varanasi don't book this hotel

Most terrible and defective experience at worst. 100rs. Lodge is far better than this hotel worst staff and worst service. There were no breakfast served and price was 3k above for a day. Do not put these type of hotel mmt. Worst

The location of the property was good however the room that i got was below average for the price i paid. There was no recharge for the tv, the charging socket wasn't working, and the shower kept leaking. The staff at the concierge was very rude and incompetent.

Rooms were small. Bathroom was dirty. Reception staff was not welcoming at all.

The hotel fittings and ambience is good. But the bottom of cot seems not cleaned for months.

I booked a triple bed executive room for 3 adults but the hotel had only one triple bed room which was not opened from months. It was very dirty and its AC was not working and TV was giving electric sparking voice. When I asked for an electric kettle, they provided me it but said that they don't provide tea cups, tea leaves , milk power and sugar sachets. Then what was the fun of providing electric kettle. They said the breakfast will be ready by 7.30 AM but till 8AM it was not ready. You need to get my money refunded

Food is not good, overall conditions of hotel room is poor. Unhygienic condition.

They don't provide basic services such as providing water and towel as you know 2 water bottles are complimentary but i have to pay for it never-mind when i asked for towel they said we're sending it and i waited for40 minutes no one came to me unhygienic hotel their worst room and best rooms are of same category no difference at all i can't understand why they're given different categories in the end i never suggested any of my working staff to go and stay there. My stay was pathetic never had such bad experience if i wasn't late that day i would've cancel-led both days booking
