mosquitoes and cockroaches every where, bathroom condition was bad, sheets were not washed, staff kept disturbing us

Counter management was the worst. We were staying there and the counter manager walked in and straightly entered our room and was asking for money in a bhaigiri/dadagiri tone. It was the worst experience i faced by make my trip

This hotel is used for complete activity. This not recommended for the commercial stay. Then room in the photo is complete different and very bad room when i saw the room. In the upcoming trip i am not using your apo for the stay. I need refund of the payment

The room and facilities are moderate, but cleanliness needs to be improved alot.

The hotel is very basic for people who go for work in bk c it is very comfortable, facilities is very poor, not even a complimentary water for stay, bath rooms everything is very old and not maintained well

No remote control for ac available, no lift in the hotel. Even the phone is not working for room service.

I visited the hotel along with my son, for embassy interview. Stay was plea-sent. Staff dealing very polite.

Breakfast quality is very poor. So we used to order food for lunch and dinner from zomato. Room was smelly and found found cockroaches.

A-lot of cockroaches in the room and washroom and there laundry was so dirty

I was given room no. 105 {I guess so couldn't remember} which was in such a bad condition with cockroaches, mosquitoes flying, foul smell of defecation from the washroom on the toilet seat and water chocking out. Seeing the same, I complained the hotel staff to rectify the issue which they kept on ignoring. things remained unchanged. Seeing their pathetic and unruly behaviour towards me for the last 1-1.5 hours, I thought to opt out and leave the hotel.

Location was excellent for visa consulate but hotel was worse i ve seen in my life, cockroach and mosquito all over place and room was dirty, intercom was dead, i think bathroom was dirty never cleaned. Bed sheet was also dirty

There is no lift at this hotel, my mother has a knee pain so she can’t make it because it’s steps rise is too high than the normal steps. However we have taken care of to reach room and the room is so small and you guys said it’s a executive room and we are so worried after checking into room. You need to see hotel for yourself at once and then arrange to customers and finally hospitality is extra ordinary. Thanks for it

this is more lodge than calling itna hotel.not at all recommended for business trip or family trip. I had to leave this place early as the environment was very poor and they do not refund any money.Bed was full of cockroaches.They dnt even clean the rooms. cigarette butts in used alcohol bottles and glass were on the table. torn curtains and the list goes on.only benefit is its location. it's hardly 2 kms from BKC.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It smelled bad. Bedsheets were not clean and there was just bad smell. However, ok one night stay if you can take the smell.

It’s like terrible place, cockroach are in room likage tap and bad smells and also it’s not a good hotel and area is also not good,

The property is very easy to locate. There are so many different trasport facilities available in Mumbai. The maintanence of the place is not that good, the room that we got is not that good looking. The paint on the walls were falling due to moisture collected in wall.
