recently, i have made flight bookings and hotel bookings for my family and myself from march 15th to march 22nd thru mmt. Unfortunately, due to one of my family member’s sudden sickness, we had to check in immediately at hotel sheetal regency at mathura on march 19th. We couldn’t make it to hotel green sarovar on march 19th. (we had originally booked hotel sheetal regency on march 20th with mmt) so, we ended up in staying at sheetal regency on march 19th and 20th. We had never stayed at green sarovar in gokul on march 19th. But i had pure paid for 3 rooms with a total of rs. 7, 961. As a loyal customer, i request you for my full amount to be refunded.
