Green Sarovar Hotel & Restaurant.

Hi recently, i have made flight bookings and hotel bookings for my family and myself from march 15th to march 22nd thru mmt. Unfortunately, due to one of my family member’s sudden sickness, we had to check in immediately at hotel sheetal regency at mathura on march 19th. We couldn’t make it to hotel green sarovar on march 19th. (we had originally booked hotel sheetal regency on march 20th with mmt) so, we ended up in staying at sheetal regency on march 19th and 20th. We had never stayed at green sarovar in gokul on march 19th. But i had pure paid for 3 rooms with a total of rs. 7, 961. As a loyal customer, i request you for my full amount to be refunded. I will really appreciate it. Thank you very much

The hotel is 8 km far from the main road. They arranged neat bed and blanket. There is no naught stay arrangement for the driver. No exhaust for bathroom/toilet. No toilet mat. No heater, hot water and kettle. Food was not served on time. The person who was serving food was chewing pan. The receptionist was a nice person. The hotel is a new one. I hope the service will improve with time. They have to fix the rails for the stairs at the earliest. Night*

The hotel is soo far away that if u take it, u wont be able to go back to mathura vrindawan. We can say that it is in outer. The ac not working, tv not working. And when i told them to turn on n the tv and they couldn't do it then they just said we are coming and then they never appear back then u call them again, they come and never appear again, and till then your stay wouldve ended.

Ok. The hotel is newly built, its staff is also of rookies. They need to look for attention to details to improve their services and customers experience. Being located in a religious city many hotels treat customers as one time guests only. At present the hotel does not have water heaters. Also there is no exhaust system in the room, we can smell the fresh paint's fumes. Despite all other things the behavior of the staff was very helpful. All in all an average stay but it could have been a lot better.

Very nice hotel location near ramanreti temple and nanad baba temple. Staff is very supporting. Room very clean.
