Hotel rooms were too dirty AC not working. The bathroom was so dirty Too much staff had a master key so he was unlocking the room.

If you’re looking for a hotel experience that feels like a sitcom, look no further than Hotel Shyam INN. Here’s a rundown of my stay: *The Good:* They have 24-hour running water! (Though, to be clear, it’s mostly dripping from the commode cistern.) *The Not-So-Good:* We requested an early check-in, just an hour before the official time. They said the room wasn’t ready. Fair enough. But when we finally checked in at 4:00 PM (a whole four hours after the official check-in time), the room looked like it hadn’t seen a duster in ages. Dust bunnies were having a party on the table. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned. *The Ugly:* The next morning, after a refreshing shower, we discovered the bathroom had turned into a mini swimming pool. The drain was clogged, and we had to call maintenance to fix it. *The Hilarious:* They do have a geyser, which is great! Except, the hot water decided to take a vacation and never showed up. In one word, my experience at Hotel Shyam INN was…terrible. But hey, at least it was memorable!

Lot of disturbance. Parking is not proper. Rooms are clean $staff behavior is good

The property's location is excellent. However, the food, amenities and services are not at par. They don't even have a drinking water filter through which we can fill our water bottles.

The building is new and also there are necessary facilities. The owner is a generous person.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

It’s awesome and hotel staff was very cooperative. Room ac, bathroom geysers working properly and i really enjoyed my trip of 2 days. Tyvm.

It is a nice homestay. Staff are very good, cooperative, well mannered. Location of the homestay is very good. Very near to main road. Room was very good. Big room it was. Though bathroom was ok, not good. Very good food, though high priced.
