Bathroom.... shower is not working...and rooms are bad smell

room was well maintained and hygiene, food quality good , staff behaviour was so polite spacially Mr. Ravindra is is very cooperative

Hotel location is on main road. Room are small but find in good condition, but washroom was not soo good. Also we had included breakfast in plan but they had charged us for breakfast, which is very bad experience. I request MMT to look in to matter for and clarify their terms and conditions for breakfast.

We booked super deluxe room. Even though they promised to extend our stay, they denied at last moment. Receptionist agreed for deluxe room but refused to kept his promise.

Food was good however there was a problem with parking a vehicle... Rest stay was good

The room was not clean and have mosquitoes. Plus hot water was also not available. Ac was not working and no source of ventilation.

I booked it through mm t they allotted room where tv was not working and when i asked them only this room is available. Ac was fixed in low temperature remote was not working. Intercom not working properly. They disturbed by ringing doorbell in morning 8:30 am to ask for breakfast. I asked them to check out at 12:30 instead of check out time at 12 o'clock they refused and said in your booking check out time 11 o'clock whereas it is 12 o'clock service was not good not satisfied

Staff is good, hotel is neat and clean. Near to railway station. Parking available. Positivity in hotel

Location is very great. Nearest to the agra cantt railway station. Staff was so friendly and professional. Personally i just love the way they serve. Thanks to pravin tiwari (staff) for caring. Food is so tasty and good quality. Clean rooms, perfectly working electric stuff, soft mattress and pillows. Perfect for mathura trip.

Location is good, rooms little small, but stay is comfortable, specifically needs to mention the food. Food is fantastic and very delicious and prices are reasonable good.

I booked a super deluxe room at hotel guru krupa inn, dholi pyau, mathura for a one-night stay. I attempted to contact the reception before checking in early, but received no response. Upon arriving at the hotel, i communicated the same issue to the reception staff, but they appeared puzzled. Instead of acknowledging their lack of information, they engaged in a verbal disagreement. Though they promptly prepared the room for check-in. I expected them to provide at least a water bottle or thermos with clean water, but they did not. The dinner i ordered was exceptional in taste and quantity. The support staff were responsive and humble. The breakfast and tea were also quite good. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. However, i recommend that the reception staff avoid acting bossy and insolent, and strive to be more humble and receptive. Despite the positive aspects, i have decided not to book this hotel again.
