The manager sunil was very rued
The manager sunil have very bed behavior with guest, he should be fined by police, very bed experience, if there is any option for minus rating then i should give minus five. The hotel owner is too rude, we are little bit late in check in and he want to throw us out of the room like animal. Very bed property from make my trip. Want to do a police case on hotel manager

Dear mr. Aakash jain, apologies for the delay in responding to your concern raised. We have now investigated your concern and the following are our findings and actions taken. Following your stay with us, we understand that you were unable to check out at the right time (11. 00am) due to personal reasons. Our manager explained to you that we have the next guest waiting and it is important that you stick to the check-out time. We understand that our manager gave you two hours extension to checkout free of charge but you were hesitant to check out even after that and ended by checking out after 1. 00pm. Our manger had to repeatedly request you to check out so that our house keeping team can clean the apartment for the next guest who are due to check-in at 1. 00pm. It was unfortunate to note that there were some difficult conversations during this process. We treat all our guests equally and with respect and we expect the same with us. It is important that guests follow the check-in and check-out time correctly so that we also will have sufficient time to clean and provide the apartment in a good condition to the next guest. Hope you can understand our situation. We have now taken some steps to emphasis e the importance of adhering to the check-out time with our guests and we discuss their personal needs in advance. If needed, we also provide some alternative arrangements e. G. Providing our recreation room to use (free of cost) if in case guests wanted some more time before they leave. We always try to learn and provide quality services to our guests and treat them with respect and dignity which you will see in various reviews posted by people in all the booking platforms and google. You can continue to expect our high quality services if you prefer to come and stay at our apartments again. Thank you green royal e management team
Excellent apartment for family stay!
Amazing apartment with complete home setup including fridge, kitchen, utensils, gas stove, chimney setup and completely modular one and interiors were amazing and flat was very clean. Only missing facilities were washing machine and oven (too much to ask ) ) very friendly staff to take care. Clean and spacious recreation place with basic gym, care, yoga, chess activities along with a mini hall. One will have to take care of food through zomato or swiggy. No nearby hotels in walkable distance. Better buy food on the way to hotel or order online. Property is located in a steep down area. Caution required while driving down the lane. Hatchbacks can go in easily. Suv's - driver will need super care. Old cars with full passengers and load will find to climb the lane to return to main road.
