Hotel O Le Fort

Hotel is at good location and there is Swarna Bhawan just outside hotel. However check-in was terrible, person at reception was too rude and shouted as I check-in late in night. Also no intercom to reception, no soap in bathroom and no towel. Over all was worse than a dormitory

very poor quality of room and service. no one prefers this property please..this is the worst hotel stay near airport

The hotel rooms were not up to mark (cleanliness). No hot water and a bad odor. Need a lot of improvement to consider the hotel as 3 star equivalent

Bad experience with hotel reception person, did not get complimentary food and even-though paid full money as well as did not provide telecom service. I will never go with oye service. I want reimburse money

My experience was very bad in that hotel. Very worst. Poor customer care. I got used bedsheets and quilt with sweat smell, i couldn't sleep there because of bad smell. There was no towel, soap, and not even hot water. Despite of all these i asked regarding this used sheets and quilt to a staff, he replied there was no laundry staff and adjust with that thing. Very poor stay i ever had. I lost my time, money and sleep. Do not recommend anyone please. However even used bedsheets they covered in the bed look new, but when you enter the room within fraction of time you can feel the smell of sheets and quilt. Still i can't take the pics of smell.

The rooms were pathetic, fans were not cleaned. For an ac remote battery i have waited for 2 hours. I was staying on the 3rd floor and if required water i have to go to the ground floor. The calling bell is not working neither they have intercom facility

We selected this one and we got really good accommodations at a medium rates, and the vacation was extremely enjoyable.

A good hotel was located here, and the room stay was quite comfortable, and the location is suitable for staying. I will definitely suggest this place to everyone because i had an amazing time here.

It happened to be a recommendation from a friend that brought me to this location. The hotel where we stayed was clean and provided all the facilities.

The room was not neat. The ac was not workingthe room was also having a bad smell. But i managed to stay that night. Other rooms were neat. Pls check the rooms. Before allocating them in the website.
