Please note that we always ensure basic amenities like hand wash, dental kits, and shampoo are placed in every room. It may have been missed unintentionally, but we provided them immediately when informed. Regarding the towel, it had just arrived from the dry cleaner and may have been picked mistakenly—we replaced it promptly upon your complaint. As for breakfast, we don’t offer a buffet when fewer guests opt for it, as we prepare everything fresh. However, we do have a wide variety of options available in our à la carte menu. We believe the services provided are in line with the price point, but we do understand that due to seasonal rush or other factors, we may have fallen short.
