Hotel didn't provide anything itself like hand wash , dental kit , shampoo etc, these are very cheap items which is customer expect to the hotel, after asking they are given. they provide the teared towel which is I feel how hotel is this. I complaint to the manager than they changed but it could not be if you are paying good amount. no Buffet system for breakfast there although I paid at the time of booking, they told that they will provide as per their menu on order but as per my opinion It was not not good to serve. The service of the hotel is not up to the mark,

Regarding the towel, it had just arrived from the dry cleaner and may have been picked mistakenly—we replaced it promptly upon your complaint. As for breakfast, we don’t offer a buffet when fewer guests opt for it, as we prepare everything fresh. However, we do have a wide variety of options available in our à la carte menu.
We believe the services provided are in line with the price point, but we do understand that due to seasonal rush or other factors, we may have fallen short. Your feedback is noted, and we will work to improve. We hope to serve you better in the future.
