Hotel Services is not good

Hotel didn't provide anything itself like hand wash , dental kit , shampoo etc, these are very cheap items which is customer expect to the hotel, after asking they are given. they provide the teared towel which is I feel how hotel is this. I complaint to the manager than they changed but it could not be if you are paying good amount. no Buffet system for breakfast there although I paid at the time of booking, they told that they will provide as per their menu on order but as per my opinion It was not not good to serve. The service of the hotel is not up to the mark,

It may have been missed unintentionally, but we provided them immediately when informed. Regarding the towel, it had just arrived from the dry cleaner and may have been picked mistakenly—we replaced it promptly upon your complaint. As for breakfast, we don’t offer a buffet when fewer guests opt for it, as we prepare everything fresh. However, we do have a wide variety of options available in our à la carte menu. We believe the services provided are in line with the price point, but we do understand that due to seasonal rush or other factors, we may have fallen short. The location is great, away from the crowd and noise of Mall road, though not far away from the heart of the city. The room was clean and the staffs were very helpful. The was good too. Overall it was a great stay for a couple of days.

Good location, large property with open space

Very big and nice property. Surrounded by pine trees from all sides. Beautiful views from the terraces. Built in 3 levels with large open areas. Things were functional. Rooms were clean. You don't get tea before 8am in the morning though. You can go down on road, there is a on road pahadi restaurant. Makes good tea/coffee, snacks.

Loved the stay and the staff. Nice clean and hygienic room with a beautiful view from balcony. Also, support staff were well behaved and took ownership as well as took care of all our needs.

We stayed for 6 days and had a great time. Starting from room service to food everything was good. Staff were very polite. Even the owner of the property was friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit this place again

Property is good located away from main mussoorie which makes it pleasant view of valleys and mountain. Staff is supportive, food is also fine, one can find peace in this place
