Review Of Grand Villa

1. When I arrived, hotel, no one came to help me with my luggage. I had to take all the luggage to my room by myself, I was with my family with two kids.2. when I went to the room the bedsheet was dusty. The cushions were dirty. The AC wasn’t working. There was no soap no shampoo no hand wash and just one towel for the whole family which was also dirty. There was no help whatsoever when complained about these things. 3. there was a group of guys in the next room who were drunk and was making so much noise all night. The wash basin was coming out from the wall and the shower tap was coming off from its socket. We were only there for 12 hours but the experience was very terrible. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. I think that the rating for this hotel is all fake done by the workers working in that hotel if you wanna have a good stay, just book anywhere but not this hotel.

Property location was okay but in room it was too bed smell and bathroom gate has been broken all things has been visible from room

The breakfast buffet was of high quality and plentiful and very staff behavior was very humble .

This was my Third visit to this hotel. everytime this feels like home. The rooms are lavish staff of the hotel are very humble and cooperative. i enjoyed my stay at this beautiful property

I had the best stay at this hotel. I was welcomed very nicely at the time of checking in. The staff is great. The management of the hotel is very good. My room was very clean and comfortable.
