Friendly host, clean room, basic amenities (soap, towel, drinking water)provided, had a good sleep. The stay was good. Property host was very welcoming & friendly. Room was very clean, including clean bathroom. Towel, soap, drinking water were provided. AC was working well. Had a comfortable stay.

I’m Anoop George and I stayed at Grad Service Villa. It truly felt like home — the property is comfortable and welcoming. The owner is a very friendly person and makes sure guests feel at ease. I’ll definitely book here again on my next visit to Alappuzha and will also recommend this place to my friends

The villa is located near the National Highway, it is very clean, staff behaviour is good, they have resturant menu so that u can order food which comes within 20 min , good place to visit

I have stayed their for two days,Very well-maintained and clean property, and a very calm and quiet place; it feels homely. The rooms are very spacious and good; the staff (lady) is very hospitable. The property is very good for everyone.

We booked this entire property per one day and it was a very nice experience and the service and rooms are very good, huge parking space big dining and hall. My entire family and friends liked it very much.

This is a homestay with several bedrooms that are bath attached. It has a common living area and dining spaces. Plenty of space to park cars. The caretaker shaji was extremely helpful willing to help with any need one had. Would recommend for couples, families, men. It is located near the jyothi nikethan school. Since the maps location may not easily get you there because of all the nation road works, better to call and get guidance once you reach the petrol pump. They also arrange boating and other tourist arrangements but we didn't opt as we were in a business trip.
