Property was very good.. Service is also good.. rooms are clean.. we had some safety concern/accident due to improper arrangements. however hotel staff has supported us well in emergency situation. special thanks to night manager

The hotel tulip, is very bad service, we book 2 days booking in this hotel they demanded 4000/- extra, another amount, from us when we reach the room, room is very poor and dirty smell, and lots of humidity in room, somewhere water likege in bathroom and some corners in room. in this hotel no any safety for rainy days. one of the incidence done in hotel, one person , splet down in primises and injured, and it's serious, this people only seeing, and make drama, adminstration of this hotel no make arrangements to this person . and most important bill amount is very large every kind. they offer discount only on papers.. actually no any discount.. i requested to all the people don't stay at tulip hotels in old goa....it's very bad hotel

Food was very bad and the bathroom was dirty they close the kitchen very soon and the charge too much for the room

You mentioned 5 star hotel but this was bot 5 star , as per hotel management it is 4 star, i tried complaining many times to mmt but no response

The place is good to stay. The place provides complimentary breakfasts. The view from the balcony is great; lush beauty. The service and rooms are good.

The stay in golden tulip was not at all good. The property is in very desolate area in candolim the rooms are pretty normal.and not ata all donjudtice with golden tulip name ..breakfast was average but in total disaster

Our stay at Golden Tulip Goa was truly delightful. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had a pleasant experience. The restaurant served delicious food with a good variety at every meal — especially the breakfast buffet, which was fresh and well organized. The pool area and overall ambiance were calm and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. The location is excellent — close to Candolim Beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Golden Tulip again for our next visit to Goa. Highly recommended for families and couples alike!

The property needs to be maintained more, the only plus point is the rooms are big.. Food is average, restaurant service is very poor , breakfast buffet below average.. room service and housekeeping is good.. they don’t follow the norms, our stay included some amenities like complimentary 2 pints of beer which was not given... they are running the property like a local hotel

This was our second visit to this property within a year, but the experience this time did not meet our previous expectations in several areas. The quality/spread of breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was not up to the mark. While the pool and the rooms were well maintained, the overall hospitality was less welcoming than before, especially from the staff at the front desk. I think property needs a full time presence of owner or senior manager.
