Nice staffs and beautiful ambience inside room. Hotel located in prime location and much more proximity to French colony, temples and beaches

First of all i had a booking at klite stays and reached there at 1 AM and suddenly they denied the booking and said it is not confirmed even though i had confirmed reservation from other booking app, but no communication made earlier. They i randomly booked this hotel and hotel appeared very nice specially the location. Rooms are also good. Had a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel in pondicherry white town. Room was very clean. Only problem parking issue. But nice neet clean hotel. Staffs are good support.

The location of the hotel is good and the staff are helpful

We chose to go to pondichery during an extremely crowded weekend and that also at the last moment... We had no other option available so booked this hotel.. it was available at double the price than regular ... Good thing about this hotel was that the rooms were clean and it's located very close to pondicherry beach and market.. they provided us with fresh towels. the bedsheets were clean.. To start with bad things about this hotel, there is a pub which had extremely loud music till midnight and you have to sacrifice your sleep.. entrance of the hotel is very poor ... checkin was slow as the receptionist was not available at the desk for 15 minutes.. we had no courage to try food at this hotel..

room stay very clean staff where very good character extra time will be provided at check out time outside food will be allowed couples were safe at room stay

Rooms were good and clean and staff was helpful also rooms are a little small in size but manageable.

It was a well located hotel near to a lot of things and the staff were very polite and privacy was given top priority.

Through mmt i found this property. Neat and clean rooms, and they provide good service for me, location was also flexible for me to visit the centres for my work overall good

Room is ok. But ac was not working properly after repeated request they changed the room. Bathroom was not good.

We liked our stay very much, the behaviour of staffs and receptionists towards us was very good, the room and bathroom was clean and hygienic, i would like to mention about the food, it was very delicious. We got all the things that we required.

Breakfast food not great taste as charged room cleaning not done during stay toothpaste, towel not provided no water in tap during morning for toilet. Hotel staff not communicating properly.

Hotel service is very bad. Room not cleans and very bad kitchen service. I would not suggest next time this hotel to anybody.

Complete floor & lift smell with alcohol & cigarette. Rooms are not clean. Need to follow up for basic things like soap & towels. Hotel manager is oversmart & rude. I suggest to go some other hotel

Room was clean. But they didn't provide washed bedsheets. Towels also we went and ask. There was no hustle and disturbances. We stayed for 3 days. Overall it's ok property. Don't expect much and book.

The rooms are just ok. washroom also found to be ok. Though they are not providing any towels for the visitors.

it was a pleasant stay. comfortable and safe for couples. nearby most of the beaches, so easy access. have a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. also they provide vehicle facility. best one 🤟🤟

First night experiences was bad as there was noise made in the hotel upto 2 am in the morning, room had no proper ventilation, the room no-203, then next day we shifted to 210 room it was good with road side view, the bed sheets were dirty, food is ok as room service, location is excellent in the center of market. Better rooms available everywhere at the price so your choice.
