Very bad guest house don't book this guest house

The room was averagely sized for single person's use. For the price it was ok. However, it had a functional bathroom. Tv was used after recharge. It's location is inconvenient as o la autos didn't come there nor did cabs. Wifi was functional however mobile signals go off inside room.

A disappointing stay at golden guest house - majestic. My recent stay at the golden guest house - majestic was unfortunately a less-than-ideal experience. The initial interaction with the receptionist set a negative tone. Despite knowing our language limitations, he insisted on speaking in kannada, making communication difficult and frustrating. While he eventually switched to hindi and english, his overall demeanor was rude and unfriendly. A more serious issue arose with the handling of my aadhaar card. The receptionist took it but failed to return it, even though i was occupied with carrying luggage up the steep and narrow stairs to the second floor (as there was no lift, a significant inconvenience for my elderly mother who has joint pain. The room itself was another disappointment. It was cramped, especially for two people, with minimal space to move around the king-size bed. The lack of a bathroom mat and the consistently wet floor were unhygienic and inconvenient. Additionally, poor mobile signal reception within the room hindered communication. Overall, the golden guest house - majestic fell short of expectations in terms of both service and basic amenities. It's disheartening to encounter such a negative experience, especially when traveling with elderly family members.

I stayed for 2 nights It was a good clean with no disturbance and happy traveling I traveled solo and there was free wifi

1. Hotel doesnt provide water 2. The room accessories like bed, pillow, bedsheets were not worth for money paid. 3. Watt heater available for name sake, it didn't work 4. Room was so small for the money

when there is no option in Oyo or any other for immediate checkin when timing is almost 12 noon recommended lots f hotels as per my filter prefernces in which I'd picked. GoldenGate( near to the place where I was standing) then just walk in nd crossed check, room was very neat nd clean &tidy plus a very. quiet environment. WORTH BOOKING & STAY. It was a marvellous exp. First time with MMT but guess will rely only on MMT going forward. Thank you, you guyz made my new year eve a memorable fantabuslous stay! I'm from tamilnadu and i don't speak kannada or hindi. So it was hard to find the place. It was not exactly at the place where the map was showing. And the receptionist said there was some problem with the booking as the cost for the booking was for a single non ac room as i booked a non ac double bed room. They have provided me with double tho and the room was clean.

I didn't expect these much better facilities for this price and it's well maintained also responsible staffs

Please avoid if your arrival is for late night or early morning, because you may have to walk through some broken down roads. Daytime arrival is fine. My single bed room was good enough for the price, but given a choice for next time i would pay higher for a property located closer to majestic.

Property location was incorrect. I reached at 2 am at this location but i didn't found the property and i tried to call them 3, 4 times but they didn't receive call. So, i haven't stay at this location and arranged other stays. So much terrible experience.
