They won't allow guests and staff behaviour is not at all good. Even if ppl

unfortunately the staffs behaviour towards to clients are very poor. and more over i booked for 3 pax in 1 room. so everywhere in this world, the hotel give to 3rd person a coat and a bed. here this guys just given bed for us, and when we asked for a coat they told to sleep in floor. we don’t have coat. what a pathetic situation it was, we paid for extra bed & coat, and they given only bed….. really it was a poor service.

First they provided a room which cannot be locked. Then changed to another room in which ac didn't work. Rooms are not at all maintained and also the guy at the reception is a creep. I will recommend not to stay in this place alone.

Furthermore, the reception experience was marred by excessive talking from the staff, making the check-in process less efficient and more time-consuming than necessary. I understand that unforeseen challenges may arise, but the issues i encountered were substantial and negatively impacted my overall impression of your hotel. As a paying customer, i believe it is essential to bring these matters to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed promptly. I kindly request a thorough investigation into the problems mentioned and prompt corrective action to prevent such issues from recurring in the future. Nisargha service apartment was good and the rooms were also clean and well maintained and the service was also very good.

Very old property, dirty washrooms, unclean beds

Its a peaceful stay in made walk area in BTM layout.

Worst place to stay. Rude staff. Ac does not work. Most of the time no electricity.

Decent service apartment with good rustic looks, service was prompt with whatever they offer. Good value for money.

There was no hot water during the whole duration of the stay, they did not change the bed sheets or clean the room. I was charged for a water bottle per day, however, the room was very clean and the hotel is conveniently located and has a tasteful interior, staff was very friendly.

It is located near madiwala bus stop which makes it very convenient to travellers . This has well maintained clean and spacious rooms . All basic fax glories are available there . . Staff are very cooperative. The best part is that Management is flexible with check in and check out timings.

Hospitality was good. Ambience was perfect. Well maintained. Have good content connectivity. Kitchen facilities needs to be improved. Can be implemented fare tariff as hourly basis to attract transit customer.

The hotel is a value for money with amazing breakfast, clean hotel and rooms. The management should improve the WiFi range as we had issues connecting inside our room. We had to come outside to get net connection which is major inconvenience when we work late nights.

Here in MMT it says the room is AC.. But they kept arguing that our room was non-AC and he wouldn't let us turn on the AC.. The longer we stayed there the longer they argued that our room was non AC and mentioned that hey have some problem with MMT.. No hot water. Bathrooms are not clean. Staff are the rudest I've ever seen.

Yea, I had stayed there for three nights and 4 days with my wife and I found it really worth paying the money. The rooms have almost all the facilities in that of a budget hotel.. It's neat and clean and the interiors and design always gives you a feel good atmosphere unlike that of a hotel. The taste and quality of food needs improvement to be frank.. But the service is what is most commendable, the boys are always at your service, no matter whatever you need.. Talking about the location its just 3-4mins of walk from silk board, anything and everything is accessible very easily. To sum up, very nice place to stay considering the budget if you are visiting Bangalore.

24 hours service is available. Service is excellent with good hospitality. Food quality needs improvement especially complimentary break fast. Though more items are mentioned in menu card only restricted items are available. As cook is north Indian, maximum you will get north dishes cooked. Periodical maintenance is required for bath room.

Everything is good expect no AC. I loved the discount provided by Makemytrip. I used to book from Cleartrip and GoIbibo but Makemytrip offer is just amazing. Now onwards I will book only using MakeMyTrip and also ask my friends to do the same. THanks you so much and its a great pleasure.

I visited this hotel in the month of May 2016. I booked this hotel through makemytrip. Com. They have decent rooms. This hotel is located very close to silk board so as long as you are staying here for the weekend its fine. Peaceful and silent enough place.
