Review Of Goel Residency | Rooms in a Homestay

I booked and payed for super deluxe room but when reached to property they gave me normal room.I am more disheartened side for in the booking detail and have not mentioned regarding type of room I booked so I had no proof what I have paid. Other problem room service is poor.For everything I have to call lady owner.

Room was not given owner said your room was not booked. He said your room was not booked and also not give refund

Worst hotel. The owner lady canceled my booking after reaching the hotel and asked extra money for booking. The room was full of mosquitos and there was no lock in washroom.

It's good basic room, staff was good, owner was helpful location wise near to rohini east metro station.

Either the owner of hotel or MakeMyTrip hide the important terms and conditions while showing property in searching. The manager lady is so rude and behaves with you that you are the burglar s. Never ever book this hotel, PATHETIC

Book a hotel using my pass, a call came from the hotel owner saying that the room is not available, you can cancel the booking and your desired room is too 1300 rupees, the room is not available and the room is not available.

Local id not allowed. And check in not given.

The hotel is very good. We were able to get home cooked food. The owner is of very good nature. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone coming to rohini

They didn’t even give me a refund bad service and rude host will never go again for a homestay zero rating

There is no place in described hotel. They gave me room son where else. Very bed experience. Very low quality

My room no. 404 there is a dead lizard in window which has totally dried up. I have taken a pic. Poorly maintained. Hopeless staff, hopeless owners. Although it's a doctor cpl but they are totally unprofessional. The lady tells, me that my building is worth 20cr. And we are giving u room for -you should immefiately ch k this room. R No kitchen. No one at reception.

Location is good. The only problem is food and room service. Food is not available. Room service took longer time. Other wise behavior on the owner and stuff is very good.

Bad experience bad service they want to steal your money and also got so bad room service i found camera everywhere there so uncomfortable

It’s a fake hotel. Don’t let anyone come

First of all we stayed at different location which is managed by same owner. At the time of booking host behaviour is good to us but at the time of checkout her behaviour become rude and aggressive.

I booked this property but didn’t get room. They took me to other property which is 2 km from this property. And had to pay the transfer charges to auto also.

They take money on advance. And then denied for stay. Also did not return the money. Very very bad experience.
