Average stay with poor room amenities. Ac water leaking, no exhaust for washroom.. 0.8 mbps internet speed, even after opting for paid high speed internet.

Lot of cockroaches in the room and no hot water. And bathroom not clean.

Rooms were Terrible washroom wasn’t clean ac wasn’t working i hated it never again!! Food was also terrible

The rooms was terrible with really small bed, hardly any space inside. It was like a room was made just for a bed and Sofa and very small cupboard (without any door).

Location is good but they have to improve on cleaning and upkeep. Not what is expected from a Tata brand

Staff is trained but seems still not Indian customers satisfaction oriented. Breakfast food has good Quality and service also good. Lunch and dinner food is the best quality but it is very very costly in the Indian context otherwise really good. This is good hotel.

Property rates are too high for the services they provide. No internet connection on TV. No 24/7 service . Overall not satisfied

Their card system for entering the room was not working, everytime we had to wait for their master key to open it for us. food was okay but we had to ask them everytime to refill the finished dishes for the buffet.

Room was very small, maintenance issue in washroom. Internal phone not working. poor service. System were down that day.

Funny, that this is the third time in two months that the room keys do not work and system is perpetually down for two full days. There are no explanations - harassment of boarders who have to go to the reception for getting into rooms every time you are out of the room. The food this time was very average, breakfast did not even have omelette in the buffet for almost an hour; who is going to wait for this kind of service!

The hotels unhygienic. Their WIFI Speed is horrible and the overall feel is bad At the breakfast area there are cockroaches all around n the food is horrible. Staff is not trained n not courteous. Wifi speed is only 1 MB in today’s Digital world.

Early check-in is only available after 12 pm. The bathroom floor was flat. So, there was an issue of water blocking.

Ya Basically hotel food was awesome but once food finished at the buffet the feeling time was very High...also plates / spoon was not available while BF and dinner time.. The stay was good but the bed for the superior room was also small as i selected 2 adults and 1 child but the bed is too small for us it's a queen bed it should be a king bed atlist for superior room as compared to the Prize as I had paid 10k+ for 2 night stay..

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was far from clean .the floors and furniture looked dusty, and the bathroom was not properly maintained.To make matters worse, the flush in the bathroom wasn’t working at all, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. For the price they charge, I expected basic cleanliness and functioning facilities, but this hotel did not deliver. Definitely not recommending or coming back.
