Good experience and the owner always kind and available, he was always there when there have been few little problems and solved them quickly! The position is excellent, nearby you can find everything

Bathroom shower was not ok, exes fan in bathroom was not working, health spray in toilet was damage. Staff was friendly and good. My review is just to improve their standard of stay.

Please avoid staying in this terrible hotel in go geog holidays. The a/c room was so dirty, smelly, crack for door sides. The toilet was stained and dirty & toilet bathing shower is not working condition & very congested. Beds, linen etc. Are all old, dirty and stained. Rooms full of dust and bed bugs were found too. No hot water facility in hotel. They are not provided basis things in rooms(telephone, soaps etc) it was total accident to stay here and we had no choice. All i can say is "please do not go, if you can"

Prime location in fort kochi area accessible to tourist spots. No value for money stay, quite expensive for basic room.

Very clean good ambience but location is middle of the town noisy but near to fort kochi beach all facilities available nearby

A total wrong projection as compared to the photo. No space for car parking. A very congested rooms with poor toilet fascity.

Services are satisfactory, easly can access to hotels and bakery. Parking area are minimal for bikers, no space for car parking over all 8/10

This is a good budget stay if you are looking for a place in fort kochi. Very convenient. Hotel is well maintained and neat and clean.

Outside smells coming, mosquitoes too much in the room, soap not have, don’t waste money over well not okay

Stay was good and the owner is very helpful.

Overall cleanliness should improve. They don't provide food. No water either, we filled it from a drum that was most probably for the caretaker. Linens should have been changed regularly. Location is convenient. At this price, the motel is reasonable.

As per images and description it's showing as home stay but actually it's not, no proper service

Room was very clean and tidy but they should work on their bathroom. Shower was broken, there was nothing to hang our dress while bathing.

the reception is good. they talk in politely. we got room number 4. ac is good working. clean beds. clean rooms. the exhaust fan in toilet and shower is not working in the room.

Rooms were small only for bagpackers and singles not for families. Only saving grace was we took rooms with ac. Nothing much in name of facilities. But near to major tourist attractions. If on strict budget then its a worthy choice. Under 1k its a good choice. Caretaker was good though helped in arranging & traveling
