Review Of Gateway Nashik

Everything about The Gateway was above & beyond what we expected. It’s an amazing place to stay with your family. Rooms, amenities, service, food and even the landscape are worth mentioning. Everything is well maintained & the place has a Regal charm.Staff is professional, courteous & kind. We had a cosy stay and we hope to come back again to Gateway for a longer stay.

Our stay at GATEWAY was excellent and relaxing. The check in process handled by Suhail was quick and smooth. The Pool and Jacuzzi were clean . Buffet breakfast and dinner was a good spread with a lot of variety. Service by Reshma and Amrit at the restaurant was truly outstanding. (I hope I have got the names right). Overall it was a great experience.

food was good but I had a very bad experience that even though I asked to keep cake ready for birthday in the room, these people ignored . And acted as if nothing was told to them.

Nice location, ambience is good too, suit was very nice and lovely. We really enjoyed the stay.

Location was good. Happy that we found EV car charger. The front desk staff was very curt and lacked polite attitude, Food was average. Restaurant, Chef and other staff was good and courteous. Rooms were spacious and good. But towels to tissues to water had to be asked for on first day. Good value for money property but doesn’t givr the Yaj hospitality feel.

Property is amazing & spacious. The staff there is very courteous, respectful & warm. Overall dining experience remains highly rated.

Love to stay in Taj . Food is excellent, morning break fast is good, specially panchratna black dal and pindi chole with Rumali roti.Badam ka halwa is wow … Room service and cleaning is very good, Overall experience is excellent to stay

I had an excellent stay. The rooms were well maintained and the food was also very nice. Only improvement area is that the breakfast buffet gets crowded which needs to be managed better.

This stay was exactly what we needed. A 2 night stay with family with no agenda but to just be. The staff was very helpful and made sure they did their best to give us what we had come for. Even though there was rush since it was a long holiday, the staff gave attention and were very patient while making sure we got the best booking experience. Thank you so much and shall definitely visit again.

we had an excellent stay at Gateway. The rooms were in very good condition and well furnished. the reception area was also very spacious. The staff was very helpful.The breakfast and dinner buffet were also delicious. one feedback is that the dinning area is smaller in size due to which breakfast can be crowded resulting in waiting and can be managed better.

The location and the property is awesome. It is always exciting to be in taj hotels but this is by far the best

The stay ay Gateway Nashik is excellent. It is within the city, hence transportation is very easy. The rooms are good. It has small plating area. The food has good varieties. You can get also Jain food on order. Place for walk and roaming is large

large property but small rooms. Reception person is very polite and helpful. In buffet restaurant mismanagement can be notice very easily. Wait was long and food container were empty, not allowed but few. Napkins, Spoon and forks were missing on table twice.Food quality was good but variety limited. I was little surprised because quality management and silly mistakes.

It is the most beautiful and lavish hotel in Nasik. The service and the hospitality is at par with Taj standards. Look forward to visit again soon.

THIS WAS MY FRIST TIME STAY, ALL I WANT TO SAY ITS COMPLETELY PERFECT , THE FOOD, THE AMENITIES, THE SERVICES WAS NEXT LEVEL, THE TYPE OF GREET FROM THE STAFF WAS SOO HELPFUL.. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO MY NEAR AND DEAR ONES.. THANKS TEAM GATEWAY,

There was dampness in the room we had to call the house keeping to spray the room freshener, no hot water, limited TV channels, bar fridge was stinking and empty, pillows were not up to the mark, cupboard was stinking. The food was bland, I had the mutton curry and I was disappointed it was tasteless, we ordered a chicken club sandwich it was for almost a thousand bucks but no sauces or salad with it or french fries, it wasn't worth the price. The attendees took ages to get things at your table. The property has electric buggies but not drivers in the evenings so we had to walk a lot. I didn't feel like I stayed in TAJ. Thanks

In room dining experience was worst. Not worthy of servings to guest. stay is quiet comfortable but it's impossible to sit in balcony due mosquitos 🦟, if something can be done to prevent them. Staff was cordial.

Experience was very nice and stable felt very comforting and enjoyable with the environment of the property the pool was very pleasing and the gym, spa is also very nice. Plus I did spa i felt very relaxed and calm. Dinner spread was very nice comparing to other hotels and have variety with breakfast too.

Food , restaurant staff , house keeping staff are all excellent . There is lot of warmth along the security members. Manas from the front desk is exceptional and very poised and composed. Really loved the way he handles things . Thank you Taj Gateway for an amazing Stay.
