it is not really a four star property either on service or amenities, the tv channels did not work at all inspite of repeated requests to watch at least sports channels and cricket, front desk did nothing, service everywhere was lax or slow, the restaurant staff knew nothing about customer communication, when two at our table had hi tea 299 plus tax and the rest 2 only coffee a la carte, the manager staff kept saying no sharing no sharing of snacks which was really silly and annoying as though we are going to cheat on the Hi tea, also linen etc were not changed, there was no ironing box etc, there was no glass kept nor any spoon in the room etc
