Overall stay was so good, felt very relaxing, breakfast spread was very good, there were variety of dishes and deserts and taste was 5/5 and staff was very helpful and way of taking care was very genuine, Sumit Kumar helped for most of things.

Good location, super clean rooms; friendly staff. they took care of our special requirement for packed breakfast at 2:45am. We left a packet in the room by mistake and realised only on returning to Mumbai. The staff were super helpful and offered to courier if (of course we picked up the cost for courier)

We had an amazing time during our stay with Sheraton.... The hospitality was top notch...they were very accommodating check with us for our preferences and made last minutes changes to our room on our request that too without any hesitation. They made feel really special by paying attention to to small details which my 2 years old daughter and her mother really loved.. They even celebrated our stay with a grand clae cutting ceremony making it even more memorable...Everything from room, food and amenities were top notch...we couldn't have asked for more...

Everything was really top notch from the front desk to housekeeping services and the pool is also very good. Location is very prime.

Excellent food ...... breakfast and dinner, services provide by chef. Sumeet and front desk Swapnil is next level.... superb , coffee shop at ground floor is awesome

Good Point: 1. Excellent Service. 2. Excellent Food. 3. Superb Pool & Kitchen. 4. Hotel location is good. Bad Points: 1. No play area for kids. 2. No kids activities i.e. incase you are traveling with a kid, they will definitely get bored. 3. Playing activity for adults is only a snooker, nothing else than that.
