The staff was very rude. I dont want to name the guy. But for kids they were very rude. They do not understand basic courtesy

New, clean and excellent hotel. We had a nice expansive view of the city from our room. The service was excellent. We called the housekeeping/ front desk a few times for a few things and each time it got delivered to our room within 5 mins. Bathrooms were surprisingly large and spacious. Food was excellent with just the right amount of variety. The only thing I felt it lacked was comfortable lounge chairs/ couches in the reception lobby. Also our hand bidet in the bathroom started leaking but on informing the housekeeping, someone came within 5 mins and fixed it. Overall a great experience.

Awesome stay, clean rooms, good service. Rooms are fresh, decent gym, nice rooftop swimming pool. Humble and professional staff. Excellent restaurant and food. Hotel provided paid city transportation is very convenient, safe, and easy.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Property is truly five star with location right in the centre of Nashik city. Facilities in the hotel are very good . We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, both were top class with variety of options. Overall a nice experience.

Stay was great and comfortable. Rooms were great. Swimming pool view is breathtaking. The resturant is awesome and food was great. Only issue we faced was that we got our room keys 15 mins late from scheduled check-in time although we reached 1 hour ahead. Other than that everything was spot on.

The food and breakfast was very good, have different varieties. Clean room and best was the rooftop pool. Some not so positive things from Hotel Hotel check was late by an hour plus due to full booking in the hotel and no check out. The staff was short and only needed to follow up for check out rest was good Booking for 3 person and paid but needed to pay extra person ₹2100/- as per hotel policy booking is only for 2 person.

Awesome property. Worth trying. This has pool area for adult as well as kids. Food is also good. We took dinner and breakfast.

While our overall experience was good, we faced quite a few hiccups at the beginning. The rooms were not made available on time, and we had an argument regarding extra charges for an additional person — an amount that had already been paid to MMT. Our check-in was delayed, the in-room freezer wasn’t set up, and towels were not placed in the room. However, the team was kind enough to make up for these inconveniences by upgrading us to a suite. A big thanks to Team Sheraton Nashik for their support. Special appreciation to Swapnil, who went above and beyond to resolve the situation and ensured a pleasant and smooth departure. Thank you, Swapnil, for your exceptional service!
