Terrible Stay

The worst experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely careless and the manager, Sushil Solanki, was very rude while talking to us. There was no caretaker available on the property full time. We accidentally broke a glass beside the pool, and there were no pieces inside the pool at any point. All 9 of us were in the pool for 3 to 3.5 hours with no sign of any glass pieces. They had already takenom us as a security deposit. Late at night, it started raining heavily, so there is a high possibility that any remaining pieces could have been washed away. Still, they tried to charge us extra After paying such a hefty amount, everyone expects to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Instead, this turned out to be the worst experience and because of their mismanagement, a lot of our plans got delayed. There was zero management throughout the stay. Nobody was there to clean plates, bottles, or maintain the surroundings. The whole service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not worth the money or the trouble. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great property but not managed well. Leaves a lot to desire

Property is good, but is not at all maintained. There are "caretakers" who are onsite, but they are elder individuals (easily above 50) so it might be difficult for them to maintain the property. I don't think the property is audited by Stay Vista team frequently. Very disappointing to see a great property not being managed well

Hello, It was quite a place to stay, well maintained house and the garden area is so clean that you will not find any garbage around it and care takers were so polite, very helping natured and respectful about everything but there are few things that must be highlighted by the company itself because the charges are too high for this villa . . . The property has 3 rooms but the one room which is on the ground floor is out house kind of a room & not connected to the villa . . . There is only 1 tv which is in The room instead of a living area which is no cool . . . The overall experience was good The room was not connected to the bungalow and the tv these were the only improvements that I hope will be done in the future . . . Thank you, Gaurav Murkute.

Property's proximity to locations like sula vineyards, mtdc boat club was very convenient. The villa is neat and has various indoor game options as well along-with a pool.
