    Pathetic room, and hotel not worth lift is there but not working 3rd floor i have walk everything, room gave without door key latter they changed room, room full smelling, bed very uncomfortable, washroom very dirty, stuganate water in floor, i have booked with breakfast first they denied by telling our kitchen is closed when i forced than they said i will arrange, i think i asked to give room with key so they give selected room which room have lots of issue, no hot water to drink, no window, very small smelling dirty room, mmt should not suggest this types of room, it's completely pathetic, very wist experience so far.

    Extremely disappointing stay, property is not visible from main road, difficult to find out, staff was not at all cooperative, i extended my stay for one day by using mode, staff on duty called me to vacate the room for 1hr at 11 am and re-enter by 12pm, they were telling me that they can rent out the room to some other people for 1hr since check out time is 11am and check in time is 12 pm. Who says like this to his geust who staying in your property, i m 60 yr old was it easy for me to pack my belongings and leave the room for 1hr, horrible stay Room and other things are fine.

    The rooms were exactly opposite as shown in the pictures.. clumsy messy.. The rooms ended where it started and it was a not so good experience Though the staff was okay.. Not trust worthy

    It's not at all a fab standard hotel. No service no professional staff they will switch off ac power from outside even you are in room. You will have to keep asking for everything like towel, soaps. Hopeless breakfast

    Excellent Stay

    Ok. The best stay i had in fab-express mall in. the staff and services were so excellent, i ended up staying two more days extra. Also i would like to thank and highly appreciate mr. Sagar sharma, ms kratika pandey and mr. Aditya sharma. They are doing a great job and are really an ascent to the company. I will be visiting again fab express and will highly recommend to all my family and friends from india and overseas.

    Poor Stay

    Bed was too small for 2 people. Also the mattress was not comfortable. Bathroom sink was also not ok, water was accumulated inside bathroom.

    1. Hotel staff don’t have clarity about booking amount. Hotel staff are asking extra charge for breakfast when breakfast was complimentary. Room was too small and foul smell in room and lobby due to there kitchen door was open. Unhygienic food due to kitchen have rotten smell of food or may be due to garbage.
