The location was good, food taste and hygiene is very good , facilities are good and staff is well behaved and helpful, rooms are clean and have good space. Bathroom is clean compact

This is more of a Lodge than a Hotel. I got fooled by the name "Fab Hotel". It is a basic hotel: No lifts, No parking, No basic room amenities like Tea Kettle, Iron Box, Toilet paper etc. Bed linen, pillow cover and quilt all were dirty and stinky. They changed it at 11PM at night when we complained. AC was turned off from reception, I had to personally go to the reception to get it turned on. Food served on demand was fresh and good (The only positive thing). Our booking had free breakfast but they offer only one dish for free. Rest they will charge for anything including tea and water if demanded with breakfast! Our booking included 2 hours of late check out subject to availability. (I found the rooms mostly vacant) But the hotel initially demanded Rs 500 extra. Same time they were pestering me to write a review about the hotel before leaving. When I refused they allowed late check out without any payment. On the positive side, the hotel will make you nostalgic when the reception pushes a thick register asking you to write down your details like Name, Gender, From, To, Purpose of Visit etc! Despite being a frequent traveller, I was doing this after some 12 years!
