location was worst, felt as if staying near a shanty. free breakfast information was not passed down to the hotel. no cutlery available in the hotel. due to shortage of changeable bedsheet, pillow cover and towel they were not changing it unless insisted between 2-3 days. No generator backup, we had to sleep without fan and ac for 5-6 hrs. toiletries were not given.
