Good location, value for the money. near udupi hotel. services to improve. they didn't provide toiletries and provided only one water bottle for 2 persons. no response even after repeated request. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and basic amenities like drinking water were not provided. The hygiene standards were disappointing, and the lack of water made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless these issues are addressed.

location of the property was good but food was not provided on 1st day of stay as staff didn't guide or update about it and 2nd day the food was average only. Services at the hotel was self only, if require anything go to reception and take it. Room was not cleaned during the stay

Worst stay of my life
it was a horrible stay with no discounts despite me booking it for a whole month. the staff was rude, there were cockroaches in the room, and the receptionists were very rude. there was no intercom in my room, no laundry service was provided, and the bathroom light and flush weren't working at all. horrible stay, shouldn't be allowed to call themselves a 3-star

Clean, safe and good staff
Really liked the hotel and my room. The housekeeping staff came everyday to clean the room too, you can order food to your room and it was a great experience. The hotel is also close to the pubs and shopping centres plus hospitals.

Property Name- Fab Hotel Grenwood Express Inn Property is excellent very well maintained and room cleaning is done everybday staf are cordialnasnwell. It's in a very convenient location. Breakfast is also very good and healthy All faciloties like lift , laundry , room service are provided as expected.
