Check in is so nice. Staff friendly and polite behaviour as well as I check in night as well but all staff is so supportive in night shift as well. I m impressed and happy to stay here thank u very much for delight service

Hotel was nice but make my trip provided location had me wondering for 30 minutes

We had a horrible stay at the property. The room and toilet were not clean, and at night we even saw a mouse inside the room. During the day we were mostly out, but the overall hygiene and cleanliness were very poor. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Don't book the standard rooms; they are in the basement with no network and no airflow, full of moisture and a bad smell. The deluxe room is decent, but in my room, there was a big rat, and the staff was not very helpful, leaving with a "Please tell us if it comes again."

Not what it looks like in Google. Insects in the room and washroom. The staff is very impolite. they were trying to give me a basement room and the whole experience was frustrating. I would avoid this hotel in future and won't recommend it to anyone

It is 1. 2km away from digha railway station which is in between thane and airoli station. The location is not good and the surroundings are still under construction. The rooms are a little bit cozy and medium size but value for money if you are looking for a room near business park airoli. They don't have a kitchen in the property, they used to arrange the same from nearby by the hotel. Better to avoid taking breakfast or any meals added during booking. The staff is good. Only towels will be available and the balance you need to carry or arrange. Overall average but value for money for the location.

Makemytrip wrongly describes this hotel to have it's own restaurant. But this hotel does not have it's own restaurant. Guests have to order food including tea from outside restaurant. The hotel provides plates and bowls only to eat outside food.

Came for an official trip i got good room and wifi connection. Only minus is morning breakfast is served from outside hotel and don’t expect it will hot and for that breakfast extra 1000- is quite high. Otherwise rooms and ambience everything is good

Amenities and services were beyond expectations. The location was well connected to thane and mulund and well located in midc itself.
