pathetic experience for fab hotel its better to take oyo rather than fab
Its a pure scam dosent got the room which shown on image and when contacted support team they never responded

Location is good... near to biswa bangla sarani... rooms are not so good... totally different from the picture being shown in the website.. bedsheet and pillow covers are not so clean... property is not properly maintained... food is good

Property food was good for me , the serving was good , the location is very near from the Biswa Bangla gate, facilities are average like there is no one to clean the room for two days of booking, in the washroom no shampoo, body wash, toothpaste are provided.

Good Stay
I stayed for a single day and found it to be good. Pros: 1. Near to Biswa Bangla gate 2. Hospitality: Staff polite and helpful. 3. Cleanliness: Room, bathrooms, bedsheets, towels all clean. Cons: 1. Ac was not cooling properly. After complaining, they changed my room where it was little better but still not cool enough. I could manage because it was March. 2. WiFi: Speed was quite low. For office work, I had to connect using mobile hot spot

Satisfactory stay
The room was clean and tidy, with clean bedsheet pillows and towels. The bathroom was in very good condition with proper amenities. The ac was not making sound. The food was in abit costlier side.

Terrible experience
The staff was very unco operative, felt very unsafe. The receptionist literally entered into the room without asking. It was a terrible experience. They even did not cleaned the room.
