Please note that i am a 68 years old man and travel-ling across the world for last 50+ years. I have never experienced such horrible type of hotel/ resort in my life. Note below my experience in my 4 days stay at the hotel- 1. Extremely dirty hotel
2. Foods are most low quality and not up to standard of people pay per day in a so called 3 star hotel. In fact you may deserve only one or zero star
3. Etiquette & attitude of people working at your resort need major improvement, they are just not acceptable, in fact to me they are just useless 4. Hotel give only 1/2 ltr water per person per day as against 2 ltr water by any 3 star hotel, which is just unacceptable. 5. Resort is so dirty that it looks like a public toilet 6. Hotel don’t change bathroom towels and bed sheets on a daily basis & we have to beg for towels but inspite of follow up bed sheets are not changed. So u understand how dirty is the resort and how lazy & useless are the people working at the resort. 7. Hotel have no protected parking place & customers hv to park their vehicle outside of your hotel in a dirty village lane, which is completely unsafe 8. In-spite of our request, people at hotel failed to serve breakfast on 4th / last day as we left your resort at 7:45 am, which is a breach of contract 9. Door lock of hotel rooms do not work 10. Rooms are full of mosquitoes and washroom exhaust don’t work 11. Ac don’t work 12. 50% lights don’t work 13. Hotel provide only one hanger in the wardrobe, which is really funny 14. People working at the resort need proper training on how to manage the infrastructure and its customers. As per me they may get maximum 2 out of 10 but it should be at least 8 out of 10. So truly they are killing the business. I feel sorry for those poor employees and i believe that the owners are responsible for this situation. I must get at least 50% refund, please confirm.
