Review Of Emperor Resort & Spa @5min Walk from Vagator Beach

The room was in a very poor condition. The furniture was broken. The taps were not providing water properly. The food menu was limited, with only selected items available. The main door could not be locked properly as it was broken.

The hotel room is not same as shown in picture while booking and also it's not hygienic. Very bad experience

Staff behaviour is very bad room condition is not good and real room is entirely different

Average service. Bathroom door was broken and telephone was out not working. Had to come to reception every single time to order something. Very limited breakfast options and food quality was not that good.

The property is of average quality and the staff were not cooperative. The room was full of mosquitoes. The bathroom door lock was not working the mosquitoes were entering the room from the bathroom door. We could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes.

Please note that i am a 68 years old man and travel-ling across the world for last 50+ years. I have never experienced such horrible type of hotel/ resort in my life. Note below my experience in my 4 days stay at the hotel- 1. Extremely dirty hotel 2. Foods are most low quality and not up to standard of people pay per day in a so called 3 star hotel. In fact you may deserve only one or zero star 3. Etiquette & attitude of people working at your resort need major improvement, they are just not acceptable, in fact to me they are just useless 4. Hotel give only 1/2 ltr water per person per day as against 2 ltr water by any 3 star hotel, which is just unacceptable. 5. Resort is so dirty that it looks like a public toilet 6. Hotel don’t change bathroom towels and bed sheets on a daily basis & we have to beg for towels but inspite of follow up bed sheets are not changed. So u understand how dirty is the resort and how lazy & useless are the people working at the resort. 7. Hotel have no protected parking place & customers hv to park their vehicle outside of your hotel in a dirty village lane, which is completely unsafe 8. In-spite of our request, people at hotel failed to serve breakfast on 4th / last day as we left your resort at 7:45 am, which is a breach of contract 9. Door lock of hotel rooms do not work 10. Rooms are full of mosquitoes and washroom exhaust don’t work 11. Ac don’t work 12. 50% lights don’t work 13. Hotel provide only one hanger in the wardrobe, which is really funny 14. People working at the resort need proper training on how to manage the infrastructure and its customers. As per me they may get maximum 2 out of 10 but it should be at least 8 out of 10. So truly they are killing the business. I feel sorry for those poor employees and i believe that the owners are responsible for this situation. I must get at least 50% refund, please confirm.

The property is not maintained properly. Half of the fixtures and fittings don’t work. Had multiple issues with the fo manager who was not ready to resolve any of our issues. Their service team were quite helpful though however we couldn’t contact the management for any of our grievances. Also the actual rooms don’t justify the pictures that are shown during booking.

Very bad experience having with this resort as already we check in at 1:00 am but than also staff has not check the room and other amenities like washroom and ac and all if we are having any problem when we will call at reception no one there to answer our call when we go personally they are having excuse like we dont have enough staff even without informing to the guest they just stop the water in the morning because of that we lose our travel plan even hair dryer is there but its jot working very pathetic service from the resort staff

Location is good, almost all removed beaches are near by. Good staf. Price wise little expensive but overall it is good for family.

It’s was the worst experience ever. The stay was pathetic. Rooms were very unhygienic and it’s was difficult to breathe in. There were moulds all over the rooms. We had to shuffle through rooms but none was good enough and the hotel was not ready to provide any refund. Worst stay.

The location is nice but the staffs and their behaviour was not good.

Room service was terrible, poor room quality and upkeepment, wash basin had cracks, no handwash provided, only one towel provided, lighting was very poor, table had broken lamination, vibe of the room was poor

Terrible experience. No hot water facility. Cockroaches and rats were roaming in resort. Really disappointed, not worth for money and too much expensive.

Washroom can be improve and all door locks can be changed because it’s too hard.

I have find this property make my trip it looked even better in reality than it looked in the photo.
