Villa is average kitchen assoseriores not clean well and cockroach also see in kitchen living room

The pool was very small and also the height of it There was only 1 caretaker The most important thing was that there were cockroaches in the kitchen and everywhere

The location of the property is undoubtedly nice and pleasant. However, the experience with Ekostay, who is currently managing the property, was extremely disappointing. There was no proper check-in process, no warm welcome, and absolutely no sense of customer service. To make matters worse, a property manager arrived unannounced late in the evening, visibly intoxicated. While checkout we realize my wifes watch is missing. When we mentioned that we were in touch with the ekostay owner, a missing watch mysteriously reappeared. Overall, the management seems to be operating the property just for the name, with no regard for guest experience or professionalism."

The property is on the way towards della resort. The bungalow is inside a gated area. The ambience is peaceful.

The property is decent… and everything is right in place. Couple of things can improve like cockroach in the kitchen. A simple application or even hit will do the trick. Wi-Fi doesn’t really work. It can get connected but no internet…rest all is fine. The caretaker is nice and respond when u need.

The villa was average. The basic things were not there like tea bags, sugar and milk powder sachets, toiletries, etc. There was a weird smell in the rooms.
