The room was specious and clean. Food quality and taste of Food was awesome. Hotel location was wonderful and near to main market of Lonavala. Overall stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Staff was very cooperative and it was excellent hospitality at Mayur Retreat

The location and ambience is very good. Room service is very prompt. The behavior of the staff is very good. Food is very good. Overall best option for staycation with family and friends.

I booked a jacuzzi cottage on arrival they alloted normal suit when I argued with them they charged 1500 extra for the same for which I had already paid

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property is very nice and well maintained. The room was clean and hygienic, and I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The staff were very well trained, friendly, and cooperative. Their behavior was professional yet warm, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was also good—tasty and satisfying. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

the property is pretty good..clean rooms, great view, great food and accessible location. They even have asthetic location for pictures.

there were worms in the electric kettle provided in the room , i reported the matter to the manager . hello said sorry . Room was average, i score cleanliness 6/10 . Bathroom has good water pressure , has all required things , but the comode seat cover was broken

This is not a paid review or mayur retreat has asked me for a review, its a review which i felt giving this place..one of the best stay i had in lonavla, there were numerous negative reviews on this place before i visited but after visiting i saw everything was just fake, My experience was damn good and everything was as expected..Rooms were super clean, pool was very well maintained, the ambiance here is superb and all the management is so polite and helpful, location is very premium, rooms are quite big and i got a good deal on make my trip, good for family staycation, highly professional staff...etc. this was so far the best place I would recommend everyone trying atleast once...Check in & Check out was very smooth, attaching some pictures i took but couldn’t take many bcz i had family with me. This place is not a 5 star but their service will surely make you feel luxury and worth staying here. Please don’t go for negative reviews, its all fake there is no such thing i found in this property.

I had booked a room through MakeMyTrip at Mayura Retreat and Spa, but the room initially provided was extremely disappointing — old, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable, especially with kids. The bathroom had a strong paan smell, making it unusable. We requested a room change, and they demanded an additional ₹1000, offering us a slightly better room claiming it had a balcony. The new room didn’t have the promised extra cot for our two kids — instead, we were given an untidy foldable foam mattress, which we couldn’t use. All four of us ended up sharing one bed. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable, which meant we missed out on that amenity entirely. Breakfast was the only redeeming factor, though it lacked basics like idly, vada, poori, or juices — still manageable. We later travelled and stayed at hotels in Mahabaleshwar and Shirdi for similar prices, and the experience there was far better in terms of quality and value. Unfortunately, our stay at Mayura Retreat and Spa left us disappointed, and we wouldn’t consider it value for money.

Average Property, they had mentioned that they have bar, but they didn’t. Rooms are average as per there tariffs, didn’t look like a 4 star hotel

Overall a good and decent stay. Little bit of cleaning to be done in Restroom curtains
