VITS Lonavala

excellent service and good behaviour by vits staff. vits lonavala is in well place and serve delicious traditional food.

Good location. Easy access to nearby areas. Big rooms with most facilities

such a strange Setup. The TV was placed at a side where we couldn't see from the bed or sofa. The bathroom smelled like toilet.

The food served at the breakfast buffet was not at all up to the mark. The property is overall good but the TV is LCD using a setup box you can't watch ott on. Bathroom no 2 in my room was pretty dingy and dim. Overall it was a pleasing experience.

The property owner asked me to cancel booking from MMT and take direct booking from them. I denied to do that. And also the room was stinky and food was average.

The room was very neet and clean. silent ambiance. Professional services. Clean materials like . towels, bedsheet etc.

Our stay was decent and comfortable. The hotel location was convenient with tourist location. Food was good and staff was cordial and provided prompt services.

Excellent place to stay as everything is easy accesable to visit places around Lonavla. Staff is also friendly. Pool is well maintained. Food is average. Would like to stay again at Vits.

Location is ok. Good is costly. Restaurant doesn’t serve even tea until 8 am. Rooms not cleaned without request. Swimming pool is good. Not much space for hanging around property. Jacuzzi wasn’t working

The location was good, the amenities are just about perfect, food is always good when it comes to VITS Kamath. I have earlier stayed at VITS Silvassa and VITS Somnath. Service quality and hospitality is best vis a vis the cost.

All good but South Indian food items not good. Amenities in hotel good. Being Kamath group we expected tasty south Indian food stuff
