Fake option wrt food menu. No such facility available. After number of complaints, asked to provide dal chawal as only option.

Room was clean & received extremely privacy. Couple friendly. Location is also good. Very much near from Barabazar.

Poor Maintenance apart from Room cleaning....No Breakfast offered ....Guest are not allowed or if any one comes asking from them id cards etc ....

Behaviour of the person sitting at the receptionist desk was very unprofessional , that seems disgusting.

Hotel is good and hygiene is very good and staff was very polite in nature and all other things is also good.

The environment of the guest house is great. Security and safety are good. Hospitality are good 👍😊.

Overall we had a good experience. The place is well accessible with both sealdah and howrah and has a very good connectivity with the entire city. The hotel staffs are helpful and well behaved

service boy brought fish thali it's not good to eat at night the was closed 10pm every day we uncomfortable.

The stay was good, the location was kind of in the out skirts, there was no food involved, amenities were also good, and did had prompt service.

Excellent stay. Hotel is clean, hygiene is maintained. Staff behaviour is also nice. They are so cooperative, overall good experience with my family
