Very bad language of owner. Don’t value customer

The location is excellent and close to beach. Feel like village atmosphere with tress surrounding. Nice

It's located near to arambol beach and there is a way right from the resort to enter the beach. Room was clean and top floors have balconies

Location is good. But room service and kitchen service was not available and we stayed for 5 days but there was no room cleaning service provided by the hotel staff

Rooms are good. They have parking place. Location is very near to beach. Only owner lady's attitude is bossy.

Awaz marne wale fans, agar 3. 5 aise group me jana hot i inke pass bade rooms bhi nahiye 3 ke lye 2 rooms book karva denge or dono ka charge lenge. 5 ke lye book karaoge toh. 3 rooms or itna sara paise leke bhi rooms baht purane type ke he maintain nahi goa stay karne jate he ache vibes vale rroms hone chahiye.

Poor maintenance, no wash room cleaning, windows are not closed, no hygienic, bad ambient, better not to choose

This resort does not provide food not even tea is available and on top of that no room cleaning service was provided in 3 days. Total waste of money.

No freeze, no fans are working. No cleaning at all in the room or the floors. No water to drink. Very terrible experience with this hotel

Rude and lazy staff causing poor experience to residents. Wifi, power and water supply all are bad and unavailable for which the staff threatened me to leave the premises if i didn't like the service. They don't even clean the room daily if you stay for multiple days.

Best experience till now, room are huge, bathroom is clean and hygiene, beach is few minutes away, great parking, and moreover host is very polite. Garden view plus 2nd floor view from the room is photogenic

Very arrogant approach of the owner, mr. And mrs. Patel, towards the customer. Very cunning in nature. Poor service. E. G no hot water during evening hours. Didn't find any positive wibes in the whole property and premises. Will never stay in this property if we will get it for free.

The property has the good vibes with Mango🥭 trees around. Very close to beach and the rooms are clean and spacious with balcony. They just don’t have the kitchen/service, other than that it’s good value for money.
