It was a night and pleasant stay, clean room, very polite staff, and also very near to railway station and bus station.

Very bad rooms not maintain it. Worst ever in my experience

Very bad experience. In my booking slot breakfast was included, but they refused to give me. They said there is no option in our hotel, if you want then go outside. Room not clean, we booked for family, but only one blanket and one towel they provide, even am said them for giving me as per my requirement, coz me and my wife along with my six year baby.

Average rooms. With not so good working ac. Best for backpack travellers. Located in a very feasible location.

The room and bathroom were not clean. Hair particles were in the pillow cover and bedsheet.

It was a decent room but cleanliness specially of the bathroom facility offered was terrible. Could have provided better facilities for the rate charged. Overall average experience. Hotel staff was good.

Hotel cleaning ok. Hotel processing very late. Also not available heat water early morning. We are very disappointed child also very couldn't stand the extreme cold.

Very bad experience, room were congested. Even not clean. Hygiene was not there. There was no amenities as showed. I booked deluxe room and i got a normal one. When i asked them about it the hotel reception told me that it is a normal room. There is no restaurant and even as mentioned verandah is not there.

Near to railway station and bus stand, walkable distance, ideal location, nearby hotels available for food.

The room was not clean, even the bed sheet for putting on was a used one. Bathroom was so small that really felt suffocation.

It's a small room but the rate is so high. Bath room was terrible. Not worth for the rate. Only the merrit was it is very near to the railway station.

Hotel is in the heart of the city, but the facility provided was poor, hygiene wise should be improved, even no soap or telephone facility in rooms, not worth spending the amount for this kind of rooms. Overall not satisfied. Staffs are good, well behaved.

Rough behavior from staff and very tidy room. We can literally see the dust and spider web everywhere in the room. Bathroom was also not clean

For a rate of 1700 it's very bad. Room worth only 1000 is charging 1700. Tv not working. Wash rooms are bad. Only positive is the security staff behaviour. He is good.

Not worth for 1500- tv not working. No wifi. Reastaurant near. Very near to railway station and bus stand.
