We have stayed at the property earlier as well and found it comfortable and safe. All amenities and services are great except for minor glitches with the tv network issue during the stay.

Its a new property, this 2 bedroom apartment was clean and is adequately furnished, it has a fully equipped kitchen with necessary utensils that was really a help for my baby ) value for money. Good for family and kids

Excellent Stay
Apartment was super clean with comfortable beds! the kitchen had cooking facility with necessary utensils. My bedroom had a balcony which overlooked the chalakuzhy road. Highly recommended
