Worst stay not same as picture And even no staff for house keeping Provide bedsheet with holes

Bed did not feel fresh Mosquito problem, No lift for Higher floors No room fool services Bed is spring type. Bad for back

There was no rooms available and i asked for the refund from the hotel n booked another one

While i am in entrance on midnight with family, receiptionist insulted like fakers. No proper set up in room. Rest room bucket in hole, wifi problem. Worst hotel, i never come back and to you all don't come, never come. Hats off premier park - trivendrum

Hotel is good but hotel bed is not comfortable. And chair only one at list 2 chir and one centar table hona chahiya. Hotel room me na hi shop he nah i t wail he.

When i come to hotel premium park trivandrum they totally denied about my booking from makemytrip told me we have no information about this booking than i request my family and children together than staff arrenge 3 km distance another homestay room. My experience is 00 from premium park but classic in home stay is good staff are supporting. Very nice place staff is very supportive

Ok type room service, no drinking water, no dental kit provided. Little bit costly aa compared to the service provided.
