Your booking was for the 22nd of June for 3 adults, with the standard check-in time being 12:00 pm. Despite your arrival at 3:00 am the next day, well outside our check-in hours, our staff welcomed you warmly and allowed you to rest without any hassle. We also extended your stay well past the 11:00 am checkout time, with no extra charges, and only asked about breakfast once you were ready. You checked out around 1:00 pm, and we did our best to accommodate your comfort throughout your stay. We believe we were considerate and understanding, even going beyond standard hospitality practices. We're always open to constructive feedback, but we hope future reviews reflect the full picture. Hotel was clean, service was good. One thing lacking is that the kitchen/pantry is not functional right because of as one repair work.

Good Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. However, there was one issue: the toilet pot's flap was broken. Despite this minor inconvenience, i enjoyed my stay and found the hotel to be a good choice.

My stay was quiet good, clean and hygienic room and bathroom with all basic amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

Room was clean and well maintained. It was spacious and comfortable. Food here is excellent. Would recommend to try food here. Mango tree forest at the backside is beautiful. The view from balcony gives a beautiful start to your morning. Highly recommend to choose balcony rooms
