Location wise the property is near to Namdoling Monastry, Bamboo Forest and Dubare elephant camp. According to us connectivity from this property was very easy. Property was neat and clean as we expected in a budget Homestay but the Caretaker lady was behaved as in a rude manner by restricting the conversation after 10 pm. Loud music after 10 pm we can understand and we respected that rule and maintained as per their instructions. But people who are coming to a vecation and enjoying their stay in a homestay without any conversation is not possible. As a host they must keep in mind that people are coming to a homestay is not only for a stay but also for their relief, enjoyment. They might respect Guest's personal space until the guests not following their rules. As a guest we followed all the property rules but they didn't respected our personal space.

The room is very neat. It's almost like a home away from my own home. Although there's no parking facility within the property, there's a convenient spot to park right next to it. Since the property is located at dead-end street, there won't be any other disturbances.

It was an overall average experiance bed sheets are not clean

Nice location. House is old one and so it’s cheap. Needs more maintenance. Value for money. Select it only if u can’t afford other rooms.

Worth for the money paid. Home was clean. It’s 1km away from town so it was calm. Recommended for family who need place just for sleeping at night purpose

It is very nice home stay and spacious only problem is it is difficult to see river because full of small small trees are covered the river view

This is really one of the worst place to stay, i would never suggest anyone to stay here, poor management, you can see huge spiders crawling on you in the middle of the sleep, dusty bed and not worth it, people please don't choose this place

The room was spacious and very comfortable. A grp of 4 people can also accommodate in that home stay which os having 2 bed rooms and sofa, diwana cot

I booked this for me and my wife ,and we were looking for a budget friendly homestay in kushalnagar.Thats when we found "Dreams River view home stay".Like any other people I have gone through all the reviews and photos.They were awesome to my surprise and immediately booked the stay.,but we still expected only minimum facilities by the looks of it.But when we reached there and entered inside,we were surprised.,it was so clean and spacious.It was quite a big one for the both of us.The bathroom was maintained too well and too clean. And the stay is right in the middle of kushalnagar. if you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay in kushalnagar,i highly recommend this place.

Very beautiful place with beautiful ambience. You can easily accommodate more than 6-7 people and with the best caretaker facilities who has provided some really good food and facilities

The property is well connected to the town, has a good carpet area, good for a group of 5 to 6 ppl, ample space and terrace facing a river view, owner very helpful on phone all washrooms cleaned but dirty kitchen platform, is without induction / gas stove fridge / microwave. And utensils in kitchen greased, used unwashed. Plastic stained plates. Kettle available only on demand all bedsheets were unwashed, unchanged in bedroom as well as on diwan in living room. Looked old and wornout. Dusty sofa, dirty bedsheet in diwan. Main door indoor latches not working. Door jams washroom has water-logging and leakage. One geyser out of order, toilet is too low suitable for kids no daily cleaning of area good place for big group at reasonable rate

Actually this home stay was more than comfort than we expected so we will suggest it to whomever comes to coorg it's a must visit place to stay
