I had a very unpleasant experience during my last stay at Divine Inn Hotel, Rajouri Garden. Though the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, everything went downhill after that.
• The staff started calling me from 9:50 AM onwards to force me to checkout, which was very disturbing.
• Some staff members even entered my room without knocking, which felt extremely unprofessional.
• The bathroom was poorly maintained and not up to the mark.
• I had extended my stay for one more day, but instead of following proper procedure, they collected the payment directly, exactly as per MMT’s rate, which felt quite unorganized.
Overall, I found the staff’s behavior very rude and pressurizing. The constant disturbance and lack of privacy completely ruined my stay. Definitely not recommended if you are looking for a comfortable and respectful experience.

You extended your booking consecutively for several nights, and at each stage, our front desk clearly informed you of the 11:00 am checkout policy. To manage availability for incoming guests, our housekeeping team only approached your room around 10:30 am, and not at 9:30 am as stated.
We did our best to accommodate your repeated extensions, but it is important for all guests to confirm and pay for additional nights in advance to avoid such issues. Unfortunately, due to certain behavior during your stay, we were unable to continue extending your reservation.
