Dear Biswajit Kundu, The hotel is not located in a bad location. It quite near to ITER College and NH 16 is hardly 500 m. During your stay you never complained and after checking-out you are saying all these things. Housekeeping was never a problem and the room allocated to you was kept in neat and tidy condition. You often ate outside food and you kept on littering in the bathroom. And now you are blaming that the washroom is not good. It clearly shows you don't have the standards to stay in a reputed hotel. You simply asked for unreasonable demands and per our hotel we can't fulfil any unnecessary demands. Even you stole the bathroom fragrance which is not part of the guest consumbales. Please refrain from spreading negativity in the review section.

Dear Saquib, As per your request the allocated room was changed and you were given a new room. In the newly allocated room there was no issue. For the ID proof, Aadhar, Driving Licence and Passport are accepted. If you don’t go through the hotel policy and rules then it is your negligence. It is our duty to assess the genuineness of guests during the check in process. Therefore kindly refrain from spreading false information in the public domain and don’t try to misguide others.
