Review Of DAZZLE MOUNT RESORT

It was a pleasant and good stay. but there was delay in services. and since some event was going on..it felt too crowded at first. later went the function got over it was ok.

It was a pleasant stay with calm and quiet surroundings. You can enjoy a good view of Chembra Peak from here. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which also offered a great view. The rooms were very spacious, and both the bedsheets and bathroom were neat and clean. Breakfast included two items, which were good. The pool was well-maintained, and the front desk staff were very polite.

This resort is not at all like waht they re showing in the web. Rooms and the resort itself ia not neat it looks like old building with dust and dirty everywhere.. we won't feel to ait inside the room.. brekfast they provided poori and puttu with potato and payar curry which was not at all tasty and even there foodcourt is very dirty with old chair and table, we won't feel to have food inside.. this resort is not at all worthy for this money.. not recommending

It was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and cared for.

The stay was really pathetic. Even though the ambiance was nice, the property was not maintained properly and service was not good

First of all they should clearly describe that there is no AC in delux and premium rooms…our room was in the third floor and it was a hell hot out there. Some of the walls of the gallery were even not cemented and room quality was just an average. The bedding had ants or other insects which was dangerous. Greenery in the resort was average which may be due to the summer season. Swimming pool have slots which you need to book at the time of checkin, it is jot separately charged though. Breakfast had wierd rules like 1 egg per person, felt like the breakfast was served in a jail. On the other side the food quality was good and the staff were helpful. It is hard to recommend this place, do your due diligence before booking.

Dazzle mount resort was soo good, we liked. Food was also delicious, in our 3rd day we checked in to dazzle, finally we had good food our vacation. We took premium room with balcony scenic was beautiful open eyes from bed to nature is mind blowing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Stander was top notch.

It was a good place to stay just please focus more on cleaning part, there were spider webs in room.

For - facility was very scenic. Rooms were very spacious. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Swimming pool was well maintained. Rate of food was very reasonable and it was tasty too. Against - food menu is very limited, as such not much of variety in food. They are short of experienced staff. Swimming pool could have been a bit more bigger in size. They are managing the pool by allotting time slots to each family/group.

The place where resort located is awesome, very close to nature with wonderful atmosphere and scenic view. Good hospitality and management. When I have booked I thought it will be average but the rooms were very clean and good 😊

We booked a standard room at dazzle mount resort, wayanad for 1 day from 22. 09. 2023 after noon. The room allotted for us was untidy with dirty floor, bedsheet, mat and bathroom. We felt vomiting while entering the room having bad smell. No freshness in the room. The room called standard room not have even basic facilities. Also, behaviour of staff was rude. No facilities are provided as shown in booking. So we demanded for cancellation and for refund. Then they shown another room having good appearance and neat but demanded much more payment. But we refused additional payment. At last by realizing their mistake they refunded payment of rs- which is less than the amount paid by us. The resort staff argued that the amount they are getting is only rs- that could be refunded. we lost our time, money and we became mentally stressed. In my opinion, this resort is not providing the facilities which they prolomised to customers and we are experiencing this for the 1st time.

Room is not clean. Then complaint raised to hotel, then the they cleaned the room. Still they need to improve improve basic amenities to room.

They will guide you and they will help you personally if you need any help mainly one guy (yasin) he speaks english well and nice guy and nice stay and nice food

Nice and clean place to stay. Swimming pool is neat sitting and play area in the resort is good to spend time with family and friends. Room is spacious to stay and relax dormitory rooms still need to have a glass for seeing our face.

food taste would have been better, other than that everything is good 👍nice view from stay. visiting places are nearby.

It is an amazing stay for all kinds of travellers including bachelors and family. The location at which this stay has been built is what makes it awesome.
